Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Services
Exoforge LTD provides: Legal and regulatory compliance consulting, International business banking support, Cryptocurrency infrastructure and operations services, Asset management for physical and digital infrastructure, and Investment and acquisition support for digital businesses. Services are provided either on a subscription basis or as custom contractual engagements.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these criteria.
4. Client Responsibilities
You agree to: Provide accurate and complete information, Maintain confidentiality of any account credentials, Use our services in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, and Refrain from using the services for illegal or harmful activities.
5. Payment and Fees
All fees are stated in USD and are exclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Payments for subscription plans are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law. Late payments may result in service suspension or termination.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of non-public information shared during the course of the engagement. This obligation will survive termination of the agreement.
7. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights related to Exoforge LTD's services, website, content, and technologies are owned or licensed by Exoforge LTD. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express permission.
8. Third-Party Services
Some of our services may rely on integrations or partnerships with third-party platforms. Exoforge LTD is not responsible for the terms, policies, or performance of third-party providers.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to services at our sole discretion, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms or for operational or legal reasons. You may terminate your subscription or contract by notifying us in writing, subject to the notice period defined in your service agreement.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Exoforge LTD shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue, profits, or data. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the event.
11. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably through negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you by posting a notice on our site or contacting you directly. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Privacy Policy

Exoforge LTD provides comprehensive digital infrastructure services including legal compliance, enterprise DevOps, crypto operations support, and secure asset management. We serve clients globally across regulated and emerging markets.

Acceptable Use Policy
1. Prohibited Activities
You may not use, facilitate the use of, or allow others to use Exoforge LTD's services for any activity that: Violates any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation; Involves the transmission, distribution, or storage of content that is defamatory, obscene, abusive, invasive of privacy, or otherwise objectionable; Promotes or facilitates violence, terrorism, or harm against individuals or groups; Infringes on intellectual property rights (e.g., copyrights, trademarks, patents); Includes phishing, fraud, or deceptive practices (e.g., impersonation or identity theft); Attempts to disrupt, gain unauthorized access to, or interfere with other systems or services (e.g., DDoS attacks, port scanning, brute force attacks); Distributes malware, ransomware, spyware, or any malicious software or code; Participates in bulk unsolicited communications ('spam') or harvesting of email addresses; Involves cryptocurrency mining without prior written approval; Uses resources in a way that imposes a disproportionate load on our infrastructure.
2. Security and Abuse
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your environments and configurations. You must: Keep software, dependencies, and systems patched and up-to-date; Report any suspected vulnerabilities or breaches immediately to security@exoforge.org (or legal@exoforge.org); Not attempt to bypass service restrictions, limitations, or quotas.
3. Resource Usage
Our services are designed for reasonable and fair use. Abuse of resources (e.g., excessive CPU usage, storage abuse, unauthorized reselling) may lead to throttling, suspension, or termination of access.
4. User Content
You are solely responsible for any data, applications, or content hosted using Exoforge LTD services. We are not liable for user-generated content unless explicitly stated otherwise.
5. Cooperation with Law Enforcement
Exoforge LTD will cooperate with law enforcement or government requests when legally obligated to do so. We may suspend access or disclose information if required by applicable law, court order, or regulatory demand.
6. Enforcement
We reserve the right to investigate violations of this AUP and take any actions deemed necessary, including but not limited to: Issuing warnings, suspending or terminating services, reporting incidents to appropriate authorities, and pursuing legal remedies.

Refund Policy
1. Subscriptions
Exoforge LTD offers subscription-based services, including but not limited to, cloud infrastructure, legal and compliance support, and other managed services. Subscription plans are provided on a recurring monthly or annual basis, as selected during the sign-up process.
1.1 Subscription Activation
Your subscription will be activated once payment has been successfully processed. Access to the services will be granted immediately, unless otherwise specified.
1.2 Billing Cycle
Monthly Subscriptions: Billing occurs on a monthly basis, with charges applied on the same day each month based on the date of your initial subscription. Annual Subscriptions: Billing occurs annually, with charges applied on the same date each year. You are responsible for ensuring your payment details are up-to-date, and we will charge the applicable fees based on the plan you selected.
2. Refund Eligibility
Exoforge LTD aims to ensure customer satisfaction, and we provide a fair refund policy for certain situations. However, please note the following:
2.1 Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances: Service Not Delivered: If the services you subscribed to are not delivered as agreed or fail to meet the specifications outlined during the subscription process. Billing Errors: If there is a discrepancy or error in billing, such as being charged incorrectly for the service.
2.2 Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases: Change of Mind: If you simply change your mind or no longer wish to use the service. Partial Usage: Refunds are not available for partial usage or unused services during the billing cycle. Violation of Terms: If your account has been suspended or terminated due to violations of Exoforge LTD's Acceptable Use Policy, Terms of Service, or other applicable agreements. Custom Services: Refunds are not available for any custom services or consultations once provided.
2.3 Refund Request Process
To request a refund, please follow these steps: Submit a Request: Email us at contact@exoforge.org or legal@exoforge.org to request a refund. Please provide your account details, the reason for the refund, and any relevant documentation or information to support your claim. Review: We will review your request and assess the eligibility based on the circumstances outlined above. Refund Decision: Once your request is reviewed, we will inform you of the decision within 7 business days. If your request is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10-14 business days.
3. Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting contact@exoforge.org. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the services for the remainder of the current billing cycle. Monthly Subscriptions: Cancellation will stop any future charges, and you will retain access until the end of the current month. Annual Subscriptions: Cancellation will stop any future charges, and you will retain access until the end of the current annual period. Please note that no partial refunds will be given for unused portions of your subscription, and we do not provide refunds for cancellations made after the start of a new billing cycle.
4. Chargebacks
If a chargeback is initiated through your payment provider (e.g., credit card company), you will be responsible for all charges, including any fees incurred by Exoforge LTD as a result. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your services upon receipt of a chargeback.
5. Modifications to the Policy
Exoforge LTD reserves the right to update or modify this Subscription & Refund Policy at any time. Any changes to the policy will be posted on this page, and the 'Last Updated' date will reflect the latest revision. By continuing to use our services after changes are made, you agree to the updated terms.
